Job summary
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking an Immigration Attorney to provide counseling and representation. You will collaborate with social work staff to ensure clients receive holistic services and referrals as appropriate.

Qualifications
- J.D. degree required.
- Admission to practice in any state and/or Washington, DC (Maryland Bar preferred).
- One year of immigration law experience.
- Driving is required with a valid license and clean record.
Responsibilities
- Interview individuals seeking immigration legal help and advise options.
- Provide ongoing legal representation from intake to petitions and correspondence.
- Refer clients to agency case managers for holistic services.
- Conduct community outreach on legal issues.
- Assist with supervising interns/volunteers.
- Ensure timely submission of program reports.
- Serve as liaison with community partners.
- Complete Continuing Legal Education and licensing requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
