Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington seeks an Attorney to provide legal advice and representation in immigration matters. The role supports the Director of Immigration Legal Services and collaborates with social work to refer clients for holistic services.
The attorney will handle intake interviews, draft documents, provide ongoing representation, supervise interns, and ensure timely reporting, with a focus on serving diverse communities in the DC area.

The Attorney provides legal advice and representation in accord with the best practice of the profession. The position assists the Director of Immigration Legal Services with all internal and external reporting and with the supervision of assigned interns/volunteers. The position works collaboratively with social work case managers to ensure clients are referred for holistic services as appropriate.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
