Job summary

Orion Placement in Phoenix, AZ seeks an immigration attorney to represent clients before courts and agencies, file petitions, and manage case strategy on a full-time, on-site basis.

This role requires an active U.S. law license, bilingual Spanish and English, and at least 1 year of immigration law experience, with strong writing and research skills and excellent client communication. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Active attorney license in good standing in any U.S. state.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • 1+ year of immigration law experience.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Courtroom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in immigration matters before immigration courts and government agencies.
  • Prepare and file petitions, applications, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal arguments.
  • Manage client consultations, case strategy, and ongoing communication.
  • Appear at hearings and court proceedings as needed.
  • Review case files and provide legal guidance to support staff.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding client service.

Job description

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Location:

Phoenix, Arizona – This is a full-time, on-site position where you\'ll collaborate closely with our legal team while serving clients throughout the region. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.
