Job summary

UNC Greensboro seeks a skilled grant and program manager to supervise the Thriving At Three initiative and oversee home-visitation services for Latino immigrant families in Greensboro. You will manage staff, volunteers, and interns, ensuring quality educational activities and strong grant compliance.

You will coordinate with CNNC leadership and external partners, support research and evaluation efforts, and help secure funding that enhances services for immigrant and refugee communities

Qualifications

Master’s in a Human Services discipline or a Bachelor’s with 3 years of relevant experience.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
5 years of professional experience with immigrant populations and leadership supervising AmeriCorps members, staff, interns, and volunteers.
Experience in a culturally diverse environment is essential.

Responsibilities

Coordinate grants and program activities for Latinx parents with children under age 5.
Collaborate with CNNC staff to write grants and expand funding sources.
Coordinate with the Division of Research and Engagement to support grants.
Work with Grants and Accounting on compliance and reporting.
