Masc Medical in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a polished Hybrid Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish. This 70/30 hybrid role blends front desk duties with non-surgical clinical support, including phlebotomy, PRP prep, and post‑op care.

You’ll welcome patients, manage scheduling, assist physicians during visits, and help ensure a warm, patient‑centered experience in a state‑of‑the‑art clinic.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Active Medical Assistant license/certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA or state equivalent).
• Proficiency in phlebotomy is essential.
• Cosmetic/dermatology or primary care office experience is a plus, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate physician calendars.
• Assist physicians during non-surgical hair loss visits and phlebotomy.
• Draw blood for PRP and prepare local anesthesia as directed.
• Post-operative care and patient education.
