Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the main liaison between customers in Puerto Rico and internal teams. The CSR will manage orders, contracts, pricing and be the voice of the customer within the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years customer service experience.
• Customer service experience including order entry and customer relationship management.
• D365 or other ERP software working knowledge.
• Logistics and/or Transportation experience.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deliver accurate results.
• Willingness to lead by example and drive team engagement.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Order Management/Fulfillment: enter orders, manage contracts and price confirmations, and collaborate with mill schedulers, transportation, credit, sales and supply chain.
• Customer Relationship Management: serve as liaison between customer and internal Ardent Mills functions, gather and provide customer insights.
• Incident Management: resolve customer issues, track relationships and communicate information across the organization.
• Demand Management: track changes in short-term customer demand and escalate as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.
