Red Rocks Community College's Workforce Development program seeks a Skills Instructor for RMEC to deliver bilingual HVAC instruction at the Lakewood campus, blending classroom, lab, and hands-on learning to prepare students for entry-level positions.

The instructor will provide industry-relevant curriculum, promote safe work practices, support student success, and collaborate with local employers to expand access to career training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years HVAC hands-on experience in installation, maintenance or service.
• Ability to deliver classroom, lab, and hands-on instruction independently.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bilingual HVAC instruction via classroom, lab and hands-on learning.
• Provide industry-relevant curriculum, support student success and safety.
