Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner II
JOB OVERVIEW:TheHR Business Partner IIwill contribute a high level of human resource generalist knowledge, with specialized team member relations support for dental offices/clinics. The HRBP II will partner with key stakeholders to ensure a positive, cooperative work environment consistent with the mission and values of Rodeo Dental. While working closely with various levels of leadership, the HRBP II will ensure a complete understanding of HR labor strategy, programs, and policies to ensure growth, successful change management, and people-related issues and objectives are anticipated and managed effectively throughout the assigned region.
REPORTS TO:Director of Human Resources
SCHEDULE:This position requires a flexible schedule that may require extended hours business requires – including evenings and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent experience and education in Human Resources management. Master’s degree in Human Resources a plus
- Professional Human Resources training/certification
- 5-10 years progressively responsible Human Resources Business Partner experience with at least 2-3 years’ experience working at a leadership level with extensive experience in Team Member relations and conflict resolution
- Exceptional problem solving, consulting and conflict skills
- Ability to lead and develop others while driving accountability and responsibility
- Ability to implement change and offer recommendations
- Experience with team member relations; ability to quickly build strong relationships with teams across a culturally diverse work environment
- Collaboration and interpersonal skills, both strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of State and Federal Employment Laws, Labor Laws and working knowledge of workforce management systems
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Effective organizational skills with demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term success as a Business Partner with all levels of Leadership in a fast-paced, highly diverse, patient focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt practices and techniques to changing priorities
- Results oriented with strong customer service skills
- 25% Travel Requirement
- Hybrid Role 2 days/week in office or as required per Business demands.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Leaders and Team Members on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace behavior.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to cultivate partnerships to meet the needs of the clinic/market/region while providing sound Human Resources advice and assistance to all levels
- Assists in Leadership challenges that may have broader impact to the region; ensures that strategies are developed and executed
- Coordinates with Office and Regional Leaders in executing Team Member Engagement Action Plans
- Practices an Open Door Policy for all team members at all levels
- Region and Market Audit's Point of Contact
- Determine and assess risk factors of current market conditions and create a plan to address proactively using tools such as SWOT Analysis.
- Mitigate risks by implementing solutions that are competitive, cost effective, and aligned with Rodeo’s culture of fair treatment of all team members
- Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise way that warrants alignment between multiple levels of key stakeholders
- Ensures the communication climate among team members and leadership is positive and promotes positive relations
- Consult with necessary leaders to identify trends, successes, and areas of opportunity and provide recommendations for further action and follow –up
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Stay current with labor laws and industry trends to ensure policies are up-to-date and compliant.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations related to Team Member complaints and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs for Leaders and Team Members on topics related to employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct.
- Promote awareness of Team Member resources and support systems available within the organization.
- Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend proactive measures.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on key employee relations issues and investigations.
- Partner with the HR Team to ensure a cohesive approach to employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address organizational challenges and improve Team Member satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with regional teams, office leaders, doctors, senior leadership, and corporate team members
- Manages interpersonal conflict situations effectively
- Serves as the HR point of contact to the Vice Presidents and Regional Leaders for market and labor related issues or concerns
