Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher, administrative management or HRM related majors preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of operation management and HR management experience.
• Proficiency with basic office software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, solid leadership and decision-making abilities, plus planning and execution capabilities.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a scalable HR support framework aligned with the company's strategic plan, ensuring staff are informed, engaged, and proficient with tools, systems, processes, and policies.
• Oversee the rollout and enforcement of company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Manage talent for key contributor and management roles, designing training and development programs to raise knowledge and capability.
• Partner with department heads to guide and implement performance management processes.
• Handle employee relations matters, including injuries, workers compensation, complaints, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor HR operating costs and manage the HR budget to optimize resources.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to department leaders to support organizational growth and success.
• Develop and nurture talent to drive long-term company success.
