Job summary

FABco, LLC is seeking a dedicated HSE professional to support our Furnish and Install division in the Austin, TX area. The role focuses on implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of workplace safety.

Travel to various sites on short notice is required; candidates should have 2+ years HSE experience in construction, bilingual EN/ES, OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HSE experience in construction.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently with diverse teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce HSE policies per regs.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs.
• Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
• Ensure proper PPE use and safety protocol adherence.
• Maintain records of inspections, trainings, incidents.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams on safety.
• Perform additional HSE tasks as assigned.
