Job summary

DART Aerospace is seeking a hands-on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator to lead site HSE activities at our Kirkland manufacturing facility. Qualifications

• College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Relations, Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
• 3–7 years of relevant HSE/EHS/OHS experience.
• Practical HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quebec occupational health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining HSE procedures and documentation.
• Professional bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HSE activities across the Kirkland manufacturing facility.
• Develop, review, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Quebec occupational health and safety legislation.
• Conduct inspections, hazard and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Maintain HSE records, dashboards, and KPI reports.
