Job summary

Sazerac and BuzzBallz are seeking a hands-on Safety/EHS Coordinator to lead safety culture at a fast-paced manufacturing site. The role supports comprehensive safety and environmental programs, employee training, hazard identification, and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Responsibilities include conducting training, inspections, incident investigations, and coordination of emergency response. Strong bilingual communication and EHS experience are required to drive continuous safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant EHS experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across levels.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen safety and environmental programs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Conduct safety training, orientations, and ongoing education for employees.
• Perform workplace inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Lead and document investigations of incidents and near-misses.
• Support OSHA and environmental regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response programs and monitor safety metrics.
