Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge of HR policies, state and federal regulations, and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting strategies including job postings, sourcing, screening, and candidate communication
• Coordinate job fairs and outreach activities to attract candidates
• Assist with onboarding, I-9 verification, and new hire orientation
• Communicate HR information clearly in both English and Spanish
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
• Maintain HR records and ensure timely data entry
