Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule occasionally to support multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and conduct routine investigations.
• Guide managers through recurring processes such as performance reviews.
• Support onboarding and ensure compliance with I-9 and other regulatory requirements.
