Bradley Professional is seeking a Bilingual Human Resource Supervisor for their client in Flower Mound, Texas. This onsite role focuses on HR support including recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, employee events and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with corporate and distribution locations, ensure compliance with regulations, manage HRIS and payroll, and assist with performance reviews and policy administration. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field, or HR certification.
• Minimum five years total HR administrative experience.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory/leadership role in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and multi-task while meeting deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work with Sr. HR Manager in another location.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR support including recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, employee events and relations.
• Administers benefits and manages leave programs; tracks attendance and performance.
• Ensures payroll accuracy and timely processing; maintains HRIS records.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Supports onboarding, performance reviews, and policy administration.
• Coordinates employee communications and onsite events; assists with reporting.
