Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 2 years of HR experience, and fluency in English and Spanish, with strong ethics and organizational skills. This role is based in Charlotte, NC and involves confidentiality and compliance

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish reading, writing and speaking required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of HR experience or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities
