Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Bilingual HR & Recruiting Coordinator for a San Lorenzo, CA onsite role (temp, potential temp-to-hire). The position blends HR administration, onboarding, and recruiting coordination to support a large Northern California account.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will move candidates through the hiring process, onboard new hires, and provide employee support

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, or related experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or employee relations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable conducting initial phone screens and coordinating interviews.
• Experience working with HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and first-round interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist recruiters with managing multiple open requisitions.
• Post jobs and support recruiting activities across departments.
• Process new hire onboarding and employee paperwork.
• Guide employees through electronic onboarding systems.
• Assist employees with system access, passwords, and training.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide general HR administrative support to the team.
