Job summary

Stord in Hebron, KY is seeking an HR Coordinator to be the essential HR contact for our warehouse team. You will partner with operations leadership to support employees, manage day-to-day HR tasks, and foster a consistent Stord culture.

You will handle attendance, time-off, investigations, and benefits questions; develop SOPs; analyze people data; and help managers address concerns. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; startup agility and Workday experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with management on investigations, escalations, time/attendance, and benefits inquiries.
• Provide attendance reports and monitor PTO, UP T, and general attendance compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs and ensure legal compliance.
• Advocate for employees and empower managers to support their teams.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and opportunities for proactive engagement.
