Job summary

Stord is hiring an HR Coordinator to partner with the warehouse operations team and help build a positive, compliant employee experience. This role focuses on employee advocacy, collaboration with leadership, and delivering consistent HR support across shifts and sites.

You will manage attendance, investigations, and benefits questions, while developing SOPs that ensure legal compliance and industry consistency. Fluency in English and Spanish plus startup know-how are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels.
• Experience with dynamic startups and fast-changing environments preferred.
• Proven ability to influence change and foster inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with management on attendance, investigations, escalations, time and attendance requests, and benefits questions.
• Provide daily/weekly attendance reports and track metrics.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs to ensure compliance.
• Support employee engagement initiatives with the 1P People team.
