Job summary

Trinity Rail Maintenance Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources at the plant. The role covers benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and compliance.

You will partner with plant leadership to drive data-driven HR solutions, ensure legal compliance, and support retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of Human Resources Management experience.
• 7+ years experience with employee relations, training, performance management and legal compliance.
• HR experience in a Manufacturing Environment is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

Trinity Rail Maintenance Services is searching for an HR Manager in our Fort Worth, TX plant.

As the Human Resources Manager you will have the opportunity to contribute to TRMS’s success by supporting multiple facets of the Human Resources function, striving for innovation and strategic results in each area. The HR Manager will have responsibility for each of the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.

What you’ll do:

What you’ll need:

• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, written/presentation skills and critical thinking skills
• Strong computer skills, understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data base applications
• Must be able to lead and influence all levels of employees
