Job summary

MasterMold is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our Mauston team. This hands-on role covers recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively support and communicate with our workforce. You will interact with employees and leaders while partnering with the Corporate HR team to drive HR initiatives on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & onboarding for assigned positions, including candidate screening and offers.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver employee training and development programs.
• Maintain training records and monitor completion; improve training effectiveness.
• Develop employees and support career progression.
• Support performance management processes and provide development plans.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA and other laws.
• Administer HR policies and ensure alignment with Corporate HR.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Support timekeeping and payroll processes to ensure timely pay.
