Job summary

Boisset Collection in California seeks an HR Generalist to partner with the PEO and support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance across the organization. The role focuses on building a strong workplace culture aligned with the company mission and values.

Bilingual English-Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse workforce and communicate HR programs effectively. The Generalist will manage employee records, support performance processes, and help with safety and training initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of related HR experience or training.
• Driver’s license with insurable driving record required.
• Preferred familiarity with California employment law.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS for compliance.
• Serves as main contact for general employee inquiries and concerns.
• Maintains knowledge of Boisset Employee Handbook and CA law.
• Lead onboarding and recruitment processes and orient new hires in English/Spanish.
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities.
• Support performance management, annual reviews, and employee relations.
• Communicate HR policies and programs to management and staff.
• Provide basic IT support related to email and accounts as needed.
• Support safety, training, and compliance initiatives.
