Job summary

Mohr Talent in Naperville, IL is seeking an experienced HR Associate / HR Generalist to support HRIS administration, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll preparation, and compliance across multiple U.S. locations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR Generalist or Coordinator experience, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and be comfortable supporting employees across states. Manufacturing/distribution experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar HR experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Multi-state HR experience preferred.
• Manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Paycom experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the company's HRIS across multiple locations.
• Process transactions: New hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, compensation changes.
• Generate HR reports and assist with data audits.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation across locations.
• Support benefits administration and COBRA notifications/ddocumentation.
