Job summary

Paleovalley & Wild Pastures is hiring an HR Generalist for Mesa Manufacturing, supporting the full employee lifecycle onsite with a focus on safety, compliance, and people programs.

You will partner with Operations leadership, handle employee relations, onboarding, retention, and investigations while promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with our mission to heal people, animals, and the planet.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required, strong communication skills.
• 4–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Onsite manufacturing/operations HR exposure preferred.
• PHR/SHRM certifications preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR partner for Mesa Manufacturing employees and leaders.
• Support employee relations, onboarding, retention, and performance management.
• Coordinate workers' compensation, safety, and return-to-work processes.
• Lead engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives across shifts.
• Maintain HR data privacy, records, and compliance.
