Mesa Systems is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to drive performance, strengthen culture, and ensure compliance across a multi-state environment. You will partner with leaders and employees to maintain a respectful, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, compliance, and multi-state operations.
  • Experience administering employee benefits and HR leave programs.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving, multi-site environment.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting operations, logistics, or service-based industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Support recruiting efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Drive performance management processes and accountability.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent.
  • Champion Mesa's Pride, Respect, Trust (PRT) culture across all sites.
  • Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and leadership development.
  • Act as a visible, trusted HR presence in the business.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence (Benefits, TA, HRIS).
  • Support HR systems, process improvements, and ongoing HR transformation initiatives.
  • Assist with M&A integration efforts, including onboarding and cultural alignment.

The Role

What You’ll Do
Employee Relations & Compliance

What We’re Looking For
