Job summary

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a hospitality professional to lead guest services and oversee daily operations across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management, is bilingual, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration and/or Hotel Management.
  • Bilingual abilities in English and another language.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experience.

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve established goals for total customer satisfaction in Food & Beverage and hotel services.
  • Respond to feedback and maintain rating levels across guest survey platforms.
  • Establish and maintain recruitment and retraining programs.
  • Understand and supervise the responsibilities of service staff.
  • Address and resolve guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Be familiar with the outlet menus and service times, including translations if needed.
  • Supervise the work of assigned staff to ensure high-quality, timely service.
  • Participate in meetings relevant to the position and ensure timely reporting.
  • Maintain punctuality regarding reports and meetings related to the role.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do
  • Achieve established goals for total customer satisfaction in Food & Beverage, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Respond to feedback and maintain ratings across various restaurant customer satisfaction survey platforms.
  • Establish and maintain recruitment and retraining programs.
  • Understand and supervise the responsibilities and duties of service staff.
  • Promptly address and resolve any requests from guests and diners.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with the outlet's menus—including translations and dish preparation times.
  • Supervise the work of assigned staff to ensure service is prompt, courteous, high‑quality, and meets hotel standards.
  • Participate in meetings relevant to the position.
  • Punctuality regarding reports and meetings related to the role is required.
