Senior Recruiter for Staffing Solutions Enterprises connecting HR, CSR, and Administrative talent with exciting career opportunities.

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is partnered with a local client seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions while partnering with managers and advocating for employees. If you’re organized, people-focused, and passionate about compliance and continuous improvement, we’d love to meet you. Must be bilingual in English-Spanish.

This role is handling HR responsibilities for East Stroudsburg, Lancaster, and West Chester locations. Ideally, this employee would be located in the Lancaster area and travel at least once a week to the East Stroudsburg and West Chester locations. We are open to someone in the other locations, knowing there is light travel. Mileage reimbursed.

  • Onsite in one of the above locations with light travel to the others
  • Comp between $65K-$75K
  • Monday - Friday, some flex in start/end time, first shift hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance issues, and employee relations
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and new hire orientation
  • Manage H-2B visa and Permanent Resident processes with legal counsel
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, Workers' Comp, and other regulations
  • Maintain HR systems and provide reporting to support business decisions
  • Plan employee events and community service activities
  • Participate in audits and draft HR-related communications
  • Support mergers & acquisitions activities as needed

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or 10+ years of HR experience with certifications
  • 3–5 years of generalist experience (landscaping or manufacturing a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
