Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Union workforce support and ensuring CBA alignment.
• CBA compliance for attendance, discipline, seniority, postings, and grievances.
• HR phone support and responding to inquiries from employees.
• Employment application intake and candidate guidance.
• New hire onboarding and follow-up paperwork.
• Maintain and audit personnel records and HR documentation.
• Provide timely responses to employee questions and ensure confidentiality.
