Job summary

TRUCARING INC. is seeking a full-time Bilingual Human Resources Manager & Client Coordinator in Fort Wayne, IN. The role balances HR workflows, caregiver compliance, and client service, including onboarding, scheduling, and field visits.

You will oversee recruitment, background checks, licensing verification, and training while ensuring Indiana labor law compliance and regulatory adherence. This role requires strong organizational skills and confidentiality in a busy home health environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in home health or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of Indiana employment laws and regulations.
• Experience supporting clinical healthcare staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• Experience with home health regulations and accrediting bodies (ACHC, CHAP, Joint Commission).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff (Caregivers, Aides, CNA, RNs, LVNs, HHAs, administrative staff).
• Coordinate background checks, license verification, health screenings, and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure timely and compliant orientation and training processes.
• Maintain personnel files in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Support management with performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
