POM Wonderful LLC. is seeking a Seasonal HR Clerk to support the HR team with administrative tasks, employee records, recruitment processes, and payroll/benefits support. The role emphasizes confidentiality, organization, and effective communication.

The position is based in California with a $20.00 per hour base compensation. Candidates should be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and support onboarding and data entry activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administrative tasks or office support roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle front counter and assist employees with placement and inquiries.
• Answer incoming calls and relay information to relevant shifts.
• Ensure accurate completion of time-off requests, timecards, and personal data changes.
• Assist with onboarding and data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and information.
• Support payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by HR Supervisor.
