Job summary

DECA Analytics, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Apprentice in San Juan, PR to support recruiting and talent acquisition. The role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop recruitment strategies, engage candidates in English and Spanish, and participate in payroll-related activities within a finance and insurance context.

Ideal candidate is enrolled in or near completion of a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, fluent in English and Spanish, with familiarity of HRIS/ATS tools and labor law basics.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or about to complete a bachelor degree in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and payroll.
• Familiar with Federal and State labor law framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Engage with candidates in English and Spanish to facilitate communication.
• Process payroll according to state and federal regulations.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
