Qualifikationen

• Significant progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in lubricants, energy, industrial, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple locations in North/Central America.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• SHRM certification is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise CEO and leaders on workforce planning, design, and talent management.
• Establish consistent HR policies across NA and ensure legal compliance.
• Lead recruitment for management and professional roles.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and policy documentation.
• Partner with global HR and Marine HR Director on cross-border initiatives.
