Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of homeless services or case management experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish required; English proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and support transition from homelessness to stable housing.
• Manage a caseload of ~15 residents; ~30% needing higher support.
• Develop service plans focusing on housing, income, and behavioral health.
• Coordinate with internal departments and community partners.
• Maintain accurate resident records and monitor tenancy signs.
