• Client assistance: assist walk-in clients and respond to questions by phone.
• Rent processing: verify income, calculate rents, and support the annual re-examination process.
• Inspection support: complete inspection reports in line with regulations and document violations.
• Data analysis: analyze statistical and fiscal information to support program decisions.
• Communication tasks: deliver tenant notices, coordinate newsletters, and route maintenance complaints.
