Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Housing Case Manager to work with families, assess housing needs, and develop individualized plans to connect them with stability resources.

The role includes conducting intakes, ongoing case management, coordinating referrals, and supporting housing placement efforts with landlords, inspections, and budget guidance. Strong communication, advocacy, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with unhoused populations, housing programs, or community-based social services.
• Direct case management and development of individualized service plans.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and housing placement practices.
• Understanding of Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and Trauma-Informed Care models.
• Experience connecting clients to community resources and landlord/ housing providers relationships.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes and assessments, and provide ongoing case management.
• Track participant progress and coordinate referrals for housing, mental health, and childcare services.
• Identify housing opportunities, communicate with landlords, and assist clients through leasing.
• Educate participants on tenant responsibilities and budgeting for self-sufficiency.
• Document case notes accurately and participate in team meetings and outreach.
