MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher/Site Office Staff to support Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards.

The role requires coordinating phone/radio communications, task delegation, inventory assistance, and prompt guest issue resolution in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The position offers starting pay at $17.00 per hour, full-time and part-time opportunities, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience communicating effectively with guests, site staff, and associates by written and verbal means.
• Proven experience with operations of office equipment.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Answer and coordinate all phone and radio calls.
• Delegate tasks between employees equally.
• Record lost and found items and ensure safe storage.
• File daily paperwork.
• Maintain a sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
• Assist in linen inventories and supplies as directed.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Make guest deliveries as directed.
• Assist resort guests and owners as needed.
