The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily service schedules and ensure seamless communication between guests, technicians, drivers, and hotel departments. The role emphasizes timely service delivery and excellent customer support in a full‑time capacity.

Ideal candidates will have dispatching experience in the hotel industry, solid computer skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Requires computer skills for scheduling and tracking.
• Prior dispatching experience in hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close Housekeeping Department daily.
• Maintain Lost and Found records.
• Dispatch all calls to appropriate discipline.
• Communicate with engineering and other departments.
• Respond to guest requests and department inquiries.
• Monitor computer systems for schedules and updates.
• Ensure clear, efficient inter-department communication.
• Walk floors to inspect guest rooms.
