Job summary
Lavanda Home Healthcare Agency invites qualified Spanish-speaking RNs to join our per-diem field team serving patients in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. RNs will perform home health visits, conduct assessments, and develop care plans with families.
A CA license, CPR, and at least 1 year of acute care experience are required; bilingual English/Spanish is essential. Compensation ranges from $100 to $120 per hour with flexible scheduling and on-the-road responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California.
- At least 1 year of professional nursing experience in acute care.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with families.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide health education and support to patients and families.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and agency policies.
