Job summary

Healthcare Plus seeks a compassionate, bilingual Non-Medical Healthcare Aid / Homemaker to support seniors at home in Bolingbrook, IL. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and perform light chores, while ensuring safety and dignity.

Training is provided, and flexibility in scheduling helps meet client needs. This role prioritizes respectful communication, reliability, and culturally aware care.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
• Compassion and empathy in client care
• Reliable and punctual with consistent care
• Attention to detail in following care plans and safety
• Flexible scheduling and adaptability to client needs
• Previous caregiving/home health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Personalized care with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping including meal prep and laundry
• Medication reminders and safety compliance
• Use bilingual skills to communicate with clients
• Document care provided and client condition per guidelines
