Job summary

Healthcare Plus is seeking a compassionate, bilingual Non-Medical Healthcare Aid / Homemaker to support seniors or clients in their own homes with daily tasks and wellbeing. You will provide personalized care, companionship, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, using bilingual communication to assist diverse clients while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language is required.
• Compassion and empathy in providing care to clients.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable in daily duties.
• Attention to detail to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Flexible with scheduling and adaptable to client needs.
• Previous caregiving or home health experience is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Personalized care including assistance with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
• Provide companionship to support emotional well-being and social engagement.
• Perform light household tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and maintaining a safe home.
• Provide medication reminders as prescribed with safety and accuracy.
• Use bilingual skills to communicate effectively with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate care documentation per company guidelines and confidentiality.
