Healthcare Plus is a leading provider of non-medical, non-CNA home care services in McHenry County, IL. We are seeking compassionate caregivers who are fluent in Spanish to join our team and support clients in their homes.

As a caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, ensure safety, and maintain clear communication with clients and families while following company policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is required.
• High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and social security card are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes
• Maintain accurate records of client care activities
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
