Job summary

Healthcare Plus is seeking a compassionate, bilingual Non-Medical Healthcare Aid / Homemaker to support seniors or clients in their own homes with daily tasks and wellbeing. You will provide personalized care, companionship, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, using bilingual communication to assist diverse clients while maintaining accurate documentation.

Companionship: Engage in meaningful interactions and companionship with seniors or clients, promoting emotional well‑being and mental stimulation.

Household Support: Perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Medication Reminders: Assist clients with medication reminders as per their prescribed schedule, ensuring compliance and safety.

Bilingual Support: Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with clients who speak different languages, ensuring clear understanding and facilitating smooth interactions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including observations, activities, and any changes in the client's condition, adhering to company protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
