Qualifications

Spanish fluency required, written and verbal.
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent communication and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely, accurate execution of requests.
Support Portfolio Managers with non-trading client processes.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding with custodians and banks.
Open and maintain accounts with custodians and banks.
Handle asset and cash movements, including wires and distributions.
Prepare and process fund subscription documents end-to-end.
Coordinate with banks, custodians, fund admins to resolve issues.
Support AML/KYC and due diligence for alternatives.
Assist with estate planning requests with attorneys.
Organize tax documents like K-1s and 1099s.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely tasks.
Maintain compliance and discretion with confidential information.
