Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring for hourly/field-based roles.
• Experience in material handling, warehousing, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, entry-level field positions across the United States.
• Hire 30–50 employees per month while upholding quality standards.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with Operations leaders to understand hiring priorities and timelines.
• Develop strong candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication with applicants.
