Job summary

Pull-A-Part is hiring a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them through the yard, process transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will answer questions, locate parts using digital tools, and help with titles and paperwork as needed.

This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, teamwork, and upholding our core values. Indoor/outdoor work with potential overtime and weekend shifts in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, identifying their needs
• Help customers find parts using digital tools
• Process cash and card transactions quickly and accurately
• Receive and process car titles and paperwork
• Share promotions, warranties, and events with customers
• Keep the store and yard clean and organized
• Provide friendly and efficient service
