PayZen is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to assist patients and providers with payment plans and billing questions. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, advocate for a positive patient experience, and educate customers on PayZen’s digital payment options.

This remote role is ideal for someone who cares about healthcare access and can collaborate across teams in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of customer service, preferably in healthcare or financial services.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and independent work skills.
• Experience with remote work and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails about billing and payment plans.
• Educate patients on digital payment options.
• Set up and enroll in payment plans; resolve overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with providers to resolve issues related to patient payments.
• Identify process improvements to enhance patient experience.
