Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Health Specialist (RN) to support the CDC INFO program. You will provide expert responses to health inquiries, navigate resources, and ensure accurate guidance in a fast-paced contact center.

The role requires a nursing degree and active RN license, plus strong English/Spanish communication, research skills, and the ability to work independently. Training is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET, with flexible weekday shifts for the ongoing schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with active RN license required.
• Experience in medical, scientific or public health discipline.
• Proficient internet search skills and ability to use software.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced clinical inquiry responses to health-related inquiries.

• Performs advanced database searches and composes reports.
