Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a data-driven Coach to guide members in reversing, preventing, and managing chronic metabolic diseases. The role uses AI and continuous data streams (CGM, weight, sleep, activity) to drive coaching sessions within a structured SOP framework.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with some evenings in a fully remote, W-2 employee role. The team emphasizes accountable, empathetic support and measurable outcomes for members.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a metabolic health coaching role or dietitian setting.
• Experience blending motivational interviewing with metrics-driven, AI-informed coaching methods.
• Proficient with remote tools and dashboards for member management.
• Experience managing a high-volume, uncapped caseload.
• Open to a fixed schedule on a W-2 employee model.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, activate, and manage members as part of a seamless coaching experience.
• Conduct 15- and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions to engage members in goal setting and care management.
• Motivate and provide exceptional service to help members achieve health goals via the Twin app.
• Provide general education on healthy eating principles and lifestyle strategies (not medical nutrition therapy).
• Use AI-powered tools as the primary basis for member support and coaching direction.
• Complete progress notes and chats within 24 business hours.
• Provide feedback on member metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Adhere to SOPs and collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Participate in pilots and new tools/workflow changes as needed.
