NeighborImpact seeks a Head Start Family Advocate in Prineville to support families with enrollment, attendance, and engagement while linking them to health, education, and community resources. You’ll conduct home visits, maintain ongoing family communication, and help set and monitor family goals.

As part of the ERSEA team, you’ll support recruitment, assist with applications, and ensure timely enrollment and steady attendance.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field required
• One year of social services experience; Head Start or family services experience preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance; CPR/First Aid within 60 days
