Fully Remote Bilingual Haitian Creole Speaking Physician
Job Location: Princeton, NJ (Telemedicine).
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 contract.
Pay Range: $140/hr- $150/hr for telemedicine.

*Must have current NJ license. Compact license or multiple state license strongly preferred.

Full Description:
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Bilingual Haitian Creole Speaking Physician to provide chronic disease management programs via telemedicine to a private client in Princeton, New Jersey area. The Physician will participate in a structured multi-week treatment and coaching program for Chronic Metabolic Diseases (i.e Pre-diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Obesity) designed to improve their wellness and lifestyle.
We handle all patient appointments and administrative work, allowing you to focus entirely on one-on-one clinical patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to practice preventive and personalized medicine in a supportive, structured setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide chronic disease management to patients based on our program guideline.
• Educate patients around healthy eating and lifestyle.
• Prescribing chronic disease management medications.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree.
• Clean active license to practice in the state of New Jersey. Compact license or multiple state license strongly preferred.
• Board certification in specialty.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
• Background in family practice, internal medicine and/or preventive care preferred.
• Background in urgent care will be considered.
• Focused on preventive medicine and patient education.
• Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Personal laptop or tablet required.
